Anorexia and self-image

The question of the image ensues rightfully from the problem of the anorexia. The self-image is not exactly the image of the body. The self is more than the body, even if they are bound. Is the anorexia a strictly physical affection or an adversity of the self-awareness in the course of the development and the interactions with the environment, what does not exclude a respective part of the both? The anorexia stays of mysterious cause, provided that it has only one cause. Some understood, at the price of a long enough collaboration, that the problem is wider than only nutritional.
