摘要
The next generation optical networks offering higher bandwidth have advanced the possibility of high capacity accessing. However, the deploying and operating cost of the network with such high capacity is significant. The network optimization is a promising research field in recent years. Employing dynamic optimization method and with the objective of minimizing the load-balancing cost, this paper studies load-balancing routing algorithm in the next generation optical networks with techno-economic view. The effectiveness of the model proposed in this paper is validated through simulation study.
