QoS-Guaranteed Radio Resource Scheduling n 5G V2X Heterogeneous Systems

摘要
Due to the rapid development of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication technologies, new vehicular services with high data rate and low latency requirements are brought forward recently for Internet of Vehicles. To relieve the pressure of spectrum shortage, 5G new radio (NR) V2X technology was proposed by aggregating both the LTE-V band and the NR band. In LTE-V and NR-V2X heterogeneous vehicle networks, how to manage various radio resources to satisfy different user's quality of service (QoS) is a challenging problem. To solve this problem, a QoS-guaranteed resource scheduling algorithm is proposed by considering basic safety services, advanced safety services and traffic efficiency services. Furthermore, a dynamic programming based resource scheduling algorithm is designed to improve the user's service experience and the spectrum efficiency by maximizing the system utility. System level simulation results verify that the proposed algorithms can enhance the user's experience effectively compared with conventional schemes, in terms of delay, throughput and packet loss ratio.
