摘要
For coal and gas dual-fired boiler, pulverized coal mass flow and gas volume flow into furnace are important criteria for boiler operation adjustment, and they are important input parameters for boiler performance analysis. However, different from the gas volume flow measurement technique that is mature, the measurement of pulverized coal mass flow is difficult, especially for the boiler equipped with middle storage pulverizing system. In order to solve this problem, an indirect measurement method through other operation parameters was put forward to obtain the pulverized coal mass flow. Its solving idea is to calculate the coal combustion and the gas combustion, in order to get the flue gas products corresponding to unit mass of coal and unit volume of gas respectively, and then obtain the pulverized coal mass flow by the flue gas products and the gas volume flow. This method solves the long-standing difficulty for pulverized coal mass flow, and has certain practical value. (C) 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
