摘要：

The relative prevalence of substance use among African-American high school students living in rural, urban, and suburban areas was examined. Students in rural areas reported equivalent or higher rates of substance use than did students in urban or suburban areas. Attention to substance use prevention among rural African-American students is warranted. (c) 2006 Society for Adolescent Medicine. All rights reserved.
