摘要
Antheraea Pernyi (A. Pernyi) silk fibroin/hydroxyapatite (ASF/HA) composite films, with the addition of glycerin, were fabricated by co-precipitation. The theoretical HA content in composite films varied from 2% to 20%. Physical properties of composite films including hydroscopic property, moisture permeability and mechanical performance were tested. The results revealed that the physical properties changed obviously when the HA content come to 12%. When the content of HA was lower 12%, the water ratio decreased gradually with the addition of HA. At the same time, the moisture permeability increased gradually. The morphology of composite films was investigated by SEM., and the result showed that a distinct phase separation structure occurred when the HA content was 12%.
