摘要
Hetero-oligomeric PNAs consisting of new monomeric building blocks and various amounts of N-(2-aminoethyl) glycine have been synthesized by solid-phase chemistry. Some of these new compounds show stronger binding to complementary DNA than the original PNAs, and are consequently very interesting candidates as antisense compounds for applications in therapy and in diagnostics.
