摘要
Results of a study of the process of liquid-phase synthesis of powders of aluminum oxynitride with the use of aluminum ethylate C6H15AlO3, carbamide (NH2)(2)CO, and saccharose C12H22O11 as the starter organic compounds are presented. The process comprises controlled thermal destruction of a mixture of components with subsequent crystallization of the resulting product. It is shown that the method is extraordinarily sensitive to the concentration ratio of the components in the initial mixture and to the temperature condition of the synthesis. The temperature sufficient for producing powders of the compound is 1300A degrees C. The results may prove useful in the technology of producing transparent ceramic based on aluminum oxynitride.
