摘要
The priority of every Government, in the countries that recently joined the European Union is to maximize as much as possible the absorption of European funds. The regional policy must be done in a way to insure the local development especially for the undeveloped areas. Using the European Funds suppose to apply a vision that must join to the other policies in order to achieve efficiency in development.
