摘要
Mn0.3Ni0.3Zn0.4Fe2O4 ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by thermally initiated autocatalytic decomposition of metal fumarato-hydrazinate complex. The chemical phase analysis has been carried out by X-ray powder diffraction method. The formation of complete ferrite phase occurred when the sample was annealed at 1100 degrees C. The physical properties such as lattice parameter, bulk density and porosity were studied. The infra red spectra displayed two bands characteristics of spinel ferrite due to M-O stretching vibrations in tetrahedral and octahedral sites. The X-ray photoelectron and Mossbauer spectroscopy were used to study the valence and distribution of cations in tetrahedral (A) and octahedral [B] sites of the spinel. The frequency dependence of the dielectric properties such as dielectric constant, epsilon', complex dielectric constant, epsilon '' and dielectric loss factor, tan delta, were studied at variable temperatures and reported in this paper.
