摘要
In this paper, we introduce a novel thermometry technique using tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy to simulate and investigate near-field effects occurring at the head/disk interface of HAMR. Chemical, structural, and microstructural changes occurring at the head/disk interface in HAMR are identified during laser heating. In addition, the temperature profile and electromagnetic field enhancement due to surface plasmon and light rod effects are studied numerically to get physical insights into "HAMR-like" near-field heating.
