摘要
The research and development (R&D) is very important for improving our national innovation ability. Based on our national R&D development condition from 1996 to 2005, the DEA method is used for evaluating our national R&D efficiency in ten years. As to the evaluation result, our national R&D efficiency is improved year by year, and research optimal efficiency score in 2004 and 2005. At the same time, through projection analysis, the improvement on inputs of inefficient years is pointed out.
