摘要
Condition evaluation of safety management is the important foundation for security policy making and optimization. Combined with reality of coal-mine enterprises, this paper sets up the evaluation system for coal-mine safety management including seven dimensions, which are leaders' safety consciousness, employees' own quality and safety training efforts, safety production system, equipments and technical management, safety investment management, safety culture and legal system of safety. Furthermore, the technology of artificial neural network is used to appraise coal-mine safety management.
