We have succeeded in growing single crystals of hexagonal P6(3)/mcm Ce3TiBi5 and orthorhombic Fmmm CeTi3Bi4 by the Bi self-flux method. Measurements of electrical resistivity, magnetic susceptibility, and specific heat have been made on Ce3TiBi5 and CeTi3Bi4. The results indicate that both Ce3TiBi5 and CeTi3Bi4 are new Ce compounds with an antiferromagnetic ordering temperature of 5.0 and 3.4 K, respectively.
