摘要：

Isolated brachiocephalic trunk (BT) dissection is an extremely rare but apparently existing condition. We present the case of a 46 years old man known with high blood pressure (BP) and G6PDH deficit, with no history of trauma, presenting with spontaneous BT dissection. The particularity of this case, is the unusual association between G6PDH deficiency and BT dissection, because of the intermittent anemia given by the G6PDH deficiency, with secondary elevation of BP, and the infectious predisposing condition for the hemolytic crisis. A conservative management and a closed follow up appear to be safe approach in patients with uncomplicated BT dissection.
