Research on Knowledge Management of Teaching Administration Based on Wiki

With the advent of big data era, the traditional knowledge management of teaching administration in colleges and universities is facing new difficulties and challenges. Due to the increasing trend of reform in colleges and universities, such as running schools in a more international way, developing students under the cooperation of enterprises and schools, allowing students who start an undertaking to adjust their studying progress, there are more and more documents on regulations. The concepts of collaboration, sharing and participation advocated by Wiki coincide with the demand for knowledge management of teaching administration in colleges and universities. This paper takes the establishment of Teachers' Handbook of School of Management, Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai for example, and applies Wiki to knowledge management of teaching administration in colleges and universities. It presents us with a method which will benefit the future knowledge management of teaching administration in colleges and universities. This paper also provides a new method for knowledge management of teaching administration in colleges and universities under the background of big data era.
