摘要：

Herein, we report a case of a patient who initially presented with hemiparesis but later on developed focal seizures. The imaging was concerning for a mass lesion, however; a significant clinical and radiologic improvement was noted after a few weeks. Cortical ischemia can continue to enhance, which can confound clinical management.
