Manufacturing Process of Cement Asphalt Mortar and Its Applications in Slab Track

摘要
CA mortar is the key component of slab track. It is the leveling and damping material between rigid slab and the concrete base. This paper compared the mix proportion and main technical performance of two types of CA mortar: CA mortar type I that is applied to unit slab track and CA mortar type II that is applied to continuous slab track, concluded research contents of the special emulsified asphalt, calculated the load stress of slab track by adopting beam-slab model, and analyzed the influences of different CA mortar elastic modulus on the warping stress, warping displacement and load stress of the slab. The results show that: the mix proportion of CA mortar greatly affects its performance, and the technical indexes of the two types of CA mortar vary a lot due to their different functions in slab track; with the increase of CA mortar elastic modulus, the longitudinal and lateral moments of the base slab both increase; when the CA mortar elastic modulus is in the range of 50 similar to 10000 MPa, there is inevitable space between the slab and the mortar, and the deformation of CA mortar of 50 mm thick can not compensate the warping deformation of the slab.
