摘要
The numerical modeling methods for extrusion processes of high-speed train aluminum alloy profiles were introduced. A multi-objective optimization design method for aluminum alloy profile extrusion dies was also proposed. The material flow of several typical aluminum alloy profile extrusion processes for high-speed train was summarized and the extrusion die designs were optimized. The mechanical properties and material microstructure of the high-speed train profile were experimentally studied. Finally, the extrusion die design methods for aluminum alloy extrusion profiles of high-speed train were summarized.
