摘要：
The interaction energy of a charged protein with zwitterionic and charged lipid bilayers is calculated and compared with recent experimental results. Calculations and available data suggest that the electrostatic (el) contribution to the binding of typical signal transduction proteins has been hitherto greatly exaggerated.
