摘要
The geometry structure of the mixer rotor has a deep influence on the mixing process and the dispersive uniformity between rubber and other additives, which decides the quality of the mixing process. The rotor's influence on the rubber compound is expressed by the power of the mixer and the final compound viscosity. In this paper, the distribution of the cross-section pressure and the flow of the mixer rotor are analyzed, based on the theology of the mixing progress. The two-dimensional simplified physical model of the cross-section of the rotor is established. The theology analysis of the transition area of the rotor cog is brought in, and the equation of the parameter group A for the rotor's whole cross section is established. And the equation is verified by experiments, the corrected value X is gained by math fitting method. The improved power model and the geometry model are derived. The result supplies the theory foundation for the optimization of the mixer geometry structure and the reduction of the power consumption, and is valuable for engineering application.
