摘要
A series of novel 1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by H-1 NMR, MS and HRMS. The bioactivity tests indicated that compound 9b exhibits a favorable KARI inhibition rate, and some of these novel compounds also showed moderate herbicidal activity against Brassica campestris.
