摘要
A di-thiocyanato bridged dimeric copper(II) compound has been synthesized using Cu(ClO4)(2) and a tridentate Schiff base ligand H2L. During compound formation, ligand H2L has been thiocyanated at the 4 position of the aromatic ring. The X-ray diffraction study confirms the nucleophilic thiocyanation of aryl ring.
