摘要
An integrated test system of hydraulic cylinder is designed and implemented. It has the properties of completing performance testing and evaluation of various hydraulic cylinder and realizing the sine, step, linear, nonlinear, inertia load simulation. Hydraulic system control and loading simulation are conducted based on the electro-hydraulic proportional technology. Data acquisition, processing, display and storage are realized by the measurement software based on LabVIEW. Performance testing of support oil cylinder of a certain type of car crane is carried out. The results demonstrate that the proposed test system is able to perform the task accurately, stably and reliably, has friendly interface, meet the demand of different types of hydraulic cylinder.
