摘要
The progress in field of Information and communications technology referred to as ICT, denotes some structural level changes in all economic sectors for the EU member states. Intensive investments correlated to innovative technical progress in the ICT sector steers productivity growth thus, ensuring increased and robust competitiveness in overall economical terms. This research focuses and investigates the impact of ICT on the EU countries competitiveness. In this context, a two-step approach is performed in order to capture the digital transformation trough ICT ecosystem in European countries.
