摘要
The photophysical properties of N-(p-methoxyphenyl)-4-octylamino-1,8-naphthalimide (OANI) were investigated. The molar extinction coefficient, quantum yield, fluorescence lifetime, and other data were presented for OANI in EtOH. Intramolecular electron-transfer processes in addition to the influence of intermolecular repulsion on the shape of the absorption and fluorescence spectra of this compound were discussed.
