摘要
The deformation behaviors of Cu, Al, Ni alloy and Ti alloy particles cold-sprayed on Cu substrates are studied using the finite element analysis, and the binding behaviors between particles and substrate were analyzed. The results indicated that the particles with higher effective plastic limit than that of substrate are easy to undergo adiabatic shear instability, while the substrate does not undergo adiabatic shear instability and releases deformation energy, which leads particles to rebound. No adiabatic shear instability is observed in particles with lower effective plastic limit than that of substrate, and the release of the deformation energy will promote the adiabatic shear instability of substrate.
