摘要
This paper presents a novel online density estimation method to acquire accurate moment of inertia and viscous friction coefficient of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the Luenberger observer. The observer can reduce phase lag; allow higher loop gains; and measure real-time motor position, velocity, and angular acceleration at any time points. According to the estimated moment of inertia and viscous friction coefficient, an adaptive speed control strategy is proposed. Then, considering the case of the disturbances and variations of motor speed and inertia, the control strategy can automatically adjust parameters of PI controller to compensate for the disturbances and variations. Simulation and experimental results both show that the proposed algorithm improves speed response and control accuracy during the wide speed range and inertia variations.
