摘要
The comprehensive assessment of relative efficiency of science and innovation systems across geographic regions, based on data envelopment analysis. The model is applied to the analysis of the relative efficiency of science and innovation in the Russian federal districts. To improve the results and drastically reduce the dimensionality of the model, the principal component method is used.
