摘要
This article reflects on the university extension as a place of knowledge construction, which occurs through the encounter and dialogue between different knowledge. Methodologically, this is a descriptive bibliographic study, grounding on the narrative review modality, which was based on the works of three authors. In this sense, Freire emphasizes extension as a dialogical act of communication; Santos proposes the constitution of an ecology of knowledge and; Fleuri points out the construction of conversational knowledge. Finally, theoretical-methodological assumptions are evidenced that express the relationality of knowledge, conceiving it as the result of a dialogical process.
