摘要：

Tolerance appears like one of the aims of the educational system in many German Under Constitutions. Hence, doctrine has deduced that a fundamental duty of tolerance among citizens exists. This work studies fundamental duties theory in German Federal Republic: its difference in relation to fundamental rights limits, and in relation to fundamental rights effectiveness in front of other subjects. We conclude that term << tolerance >> establishment among educational aims doesn't imply that tolerance becomes a fundamental right.
