摘要
Extraspinal ependymomas are extremely uncommon tumours of glial origin. They occur predominantly in children and adolescents. We report a case of a subcutaneous extraspinal ependymoma in a 67-year-old man. This was excised, and the defect reconstructed with a V-Y advancement flap, (C) 2002 The British Association of Plastic Surgeons.
