A conceptual evaluation of the intranets to support knowledge management

摘要
In this paper, we have argued and demonstrated that individual learning in air organization can befacilitated by intranets. The two types of learning involve the acquisition of skills (know how) which is the ability of an individual to produce action and the ability to articulate a conceptual understanding of air experience (know why). Learning takes place only if that knowledge can be kept in the internal knowledge repository and can be replicated by other individuals or a group of individuals who can rise that knowledge to increase their capacity to take effective action.
