摘要
In this paper, a high-order sliding mode approach is proposed to control the optimum power system and maintain its stability. Also, in order to determine the optimal parameters of the control plan parameters, the genetic algorithm has been used with non-dominated sorting and the dot estimation method has been used to consider the uncertainty of the network consumption. The proposed method is implemented on a multi-zone power system. The results show that the proposed method is capable of damping oscillations related to the speed of the rotor, the terminal voltage of the generator, as well as the rotor angles in shorter amount of time with less amount of overshoot, and hence It can maintain stability of the system. Therefore, this method has a good performance in optimal control of power systems.
