摘要
A labor relations prediction model with satisfactory fitting and high resolution will be established to provide an effective system and instrument for these governmental authorities and enterprises' prediction for the future development trend of labor relations and to reflect an important value for the development of stable and harmonious labor relations. This research, based on the factor analysis, determines 8 dependent variables: the employee confidence index, democratic participation, corporate business performance, realization of employee's rights and interests, working condition, employee development, income equity and overtime working, and develops a labor relations prediction model in accordance with Logistic regression. This research provides the labor relations data of 245 enterprises in Beijing as sample data for the parameter estimation, inspection and modification of model, thereby finally completing a labor relations prediction model. The model testing shows favorable significance, fitting and resolution for this model as an effective means to predict the labor relations.
