摘要：

This paper first expounds the concepts of E-Commerce logistics management, and analyzes the situations of China's E-Commerce logistics management; then, it analyzes the popular third-party logistics and logistics integrated logistics mode and the problems existed; finally, it introduces a new logistics mode---the fourth-party logistics, and discusses the thoughts of developing the fourth party logistics management mode in China under the environment of E-Commerce.
