摘要
In this paper, a weighted Laguerre polynomial based discontinuous Galerkin time-domain (WLP-DGTD) method using a new temporal basis function has been developed to solve transient electromagnetic problems. The new temporal basis function is a linear combination of weighted Laguerre polynomials (WLPs), and can be easily implemented by adding some extra terms in the conventional WLP-DGTD method. With the proposed temporal basis function, initial condition of a general electromagnetic problem can be satisfied, and thus the resultant computational accuracy can be greatly improved. Numerical results demonstrate good performance of the proposed method.
