On-line deformation monitoring of thin-walled parts based on least square fitting method and lifting wavelet transform

摘要
This paper proposed a condition monitoring system using least square fitting method and lifting wavelet transform (LWT) to realize online monitoring of the thin-walled parts' deformation. Firstly, the overall deformation matrix under LWT method is established. Then, the force signals were transformed by LWT, which were applied to the overall deformation matrix to monitor the machining deformation of the whole parts. The error between monitoring deformation and the actual deformation is within 10 mu m through experiment, which verifies the accuracy and practicability of the developed monitoring method.
