摘要
The bovine serum albumin (BSA) and glucose solutions are studied, including the incubation BSA with sugar. With THz-TDS the transmission and the attenuated total internal reflection geometries have been combined for analyzing the dielectric properties of solutions at 0.07-3.2 THz. We suggest probable reasons of observed changes during glycation.
