摘要
The chemical composition of the essential oil obtained from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale Roscoe from Cuba was examined by combined GC and GUMS. The oil was characterized by the presence of ar-curcumene (22.1%), zingiberene (11.7%), beta-bisabolene (11.2%) and cadina-1,4-diene (12.5%).
