摘要：

Pulmonary embolism (PE) and ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) are both life-threatening conditions. There are rare cases when PE causes ST elevations mimicking STEMI, which causes difficulty making the correct diagnosis. We present a case of ST elevation attributed to massive PE in an elderly man with no known coronary disease.
