Co-crystal structure and optical properties of 9-fluorenone and naphthalene-1, 5-diamine

摘要
The co-crystal of 9-fluorenone and naphthalene-1, 5-diamine has been prepared and its structure is characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. It belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c with a = 9.0421(7), b = 18.1114(14), c = 8.1444(6) ; beta = 104.7232(10)A degrees; V = 1296.20(17) (3), Z = 4. The crystal packing is stabilized by N-HaEuro broken vertical bar O intermolecular hydrogen bonds, as well as pi-pi stacking. Optical studies showed that the co-crystal exhibited red shift in PMMA film. The hydrogen bonds were easily destroyed in solvent.
