摘要
Nowadays many Moroccan organizations spend a huge amount of financial and human resources to adopt ERP system. Understanding the success of these systems into these organizations becomes a critical issue for the stakeholders. Using a qualitative research method based on a case study approach. This paper provides insight into how two Moroccan organizations perceive the success of their ERP systems. Information, system quality and nets benefits as three main dimensions of success that were discussed in the finding.
