摘要
Regenerative braking function of hybrid electric vehicles is very important, which realizes the braking energy recovery. It can improve vehicle energy efficiency and significantly reduce the fuel consumption and emission. From dynamics point of view, we make a brief analysis of braking mode of hybrid electric vehicle, control strategy of braking energy feedback in different situations, energy consumption evaluation and its quantitative calculation methods. hi addition, from power electronic point of view we analyze the power system operating efficiency and the losses of the power devices of main circuit one by one.In the end we can deduce the expressions of their losses to evaluate their energy consumption. Simulation platform for the hybrid power driven and energy feedback system is established by Saber simulation software to evaluate their energy transfer efficiency as well as losses of the components. The components with more loss are found according to the simulation results. After analyzing the losses, we introduce many effective methods to reduce the system power losses. Specially we design a zero current resonant switch to reduce IGBT loss. The simulation result proves that it effectively reduces the loss and increases the system efficiency.
