摘要
Recent trends in laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometric ( LA-ICP-MS) microanalysis covering instrumental and fundamental aspects are reviewed. Emphasis is placed on the developments of laser ablation for sample introduction to ICP-MS, calibration strategies, fractionation effects, particle distribution and technical improvements. Present applications and future prospects of LA-ICP-MS are described. 83 references are cited.
