摘要
PhSCF2TMS was utilized as a useful gem-difluoromethylene building block for the synthesis of gem-difluoromethylenated spiro-gamma-butyrolactones. The radical cyclization of gamma-alkenyl-gamma-gem-difluoro(phenylsulfanyl)methyl-gamma-butyrolactones provided gem-difluoromethylenated spiro-gamma-butyrolactones.
