摘要
In order to promote the development of the direct fiber-forming process of blast furnace slag, utilize the sensible heat of the blast furnace slag and reduce environmental pollution, the dissolution rate of silica particles in CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 slag system wasmeasured, and a kinetic model for describing the dissolution process of silicawas established using the macro-kinetic principle. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the dissolution process of silica in CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 slag system is controlled by its surface dissolution reaction, and the reaction temperature has a significant influence on the rate constant of SiO2 dissolution reaction. The calculated dissolution activation energy is 524.52 kJ/mol. With the increase of reaction temperature, the dissolution rate of silica in slag increases.
