摘要
To allocate the investment into where it is urgent needed and achieve more benefits under same investment, an investment scale determination method based on big data is proposed in this paper. Firstly, considering the influences of the investment demands, the enhanced demands of power grid, and the investment benefits, an investment scale determination model is proposed and the investment benefits are detailed described. Moreover, considering the quality of the data in the information systems, an investment scale allocation procedure based on big data is introduced and outliers are recognized and preprocessed. Finally, an actual application and case study are shown and the proposed method is verified. The model is practical and useful for the power grid enterprises to achieve more benefits under same investment.
