摘要
We have successfully developed a novel type of superconducting quantum interference device which possesses sigmoidal, step like flux to voltage transfer functions. The device comprises a superconducting quantum interference filter and two feedback control lines that act as a microstrip resonator. Our results suggest that such devices have a potential as novel nonhysteretic very low noise amplifiers up to frequencies of several GHz. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
