摘要
China Tobacco are facing the competition and challenges from the International Tobacco giants and the tobacco supply chain, take a look at the supply chain management capabilities of tobacco in China, there is a big gap by comparing with the international supply chain management. Through the analysis of the tobacco supply chain, the tobacco companies, as the middle part, there exists the communication problems between tobacco manufacturers and the retail customer, that made the integrated supply chain management based On the business logistics, make use of the technology, to establish close contact in industrial manufacturing enterprises, distribution centers and retail customers to improve the overall supply chain competitive advantage.
